Thank you to Dr Salam and Nurse Holly for your kindness whilst I was in A&E on Saturday 10th February. Nurse Holly considered my Sickle Cell and offered me pain medication after seeing me which was kind. Dr Salam asked me so many questions to understand why I was there, I felt very comfortable and included. He also gave me a sticker which was a bonus. Thank you to all the other staff at BCH. I always appreciate your kindness.
